I have worked in the fitness industry for 12 years. My passion is to help others feel confident exercising in both movement and going about their everyday lives.
My goal with coaching is to encourage choices to make others feel better in themselves.

Personal Training to me is more than just a workout, I'm passionate about making people feel better about themselves and gain confidence both in and out of the gym.

1-2-1 training or group classes I will motivate and encourage so you get the most out of your training.
Diane Ferguson
With eight years experience as a class instructor and the last four years as a Personal Trainer, let me help you get stronger, improve your technique and build your confidence in the gym.

I am also a fully qualified Pilates Instructor and offer group classes at StudioBE or one-to-one sessions.
