This beginner-friendly class is the perfect starting point for those new to Pilates or returning after a break. With a focus on proper alignment, core engagement, and controlled movement, you’ll learn the fundamental Reformer exercises in a supportive, inclusive environment. Foundation is where your Pilates journey begins.
We recommend you take 7-10 foundation classes before moving to Ascent – You’re instructor will help you with the move.

Mat Pilates
