Studio Manager & Instructor

A well-known face in Aberdeen’s Pilates community, Yaz has built a strong and loyal following of Reformer practitioners through her inclusive approach, dynamic teaching style, and genuine passion for movement. She brings fresh inspiration from her regular class attendance in Miami, keeping her classes creative, current, and deeply engaging.
 

With her warm energy and deep love for Pilates, Yaz is here to make every visit to the studio feel welcoming, empowering, and fun. Whether you're stepping onto the Reformer for the first time or looking to advance your practice, you’ll feel supported, seen, and challenged in all the right ways.
 

As Studio Manager, Yaz is the heart of Studio Be overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly. She’s the friendly face you can always turn to, whether you have questions, feedback, or fresh ideas. Yaz is always listening, evolving, and finding ways to make your experience more personal and meaningful.

Ain Whitehead
Reformer Specialist and Barre Instructor

Ain is STOTT PILATES® trained at the Merrithew™ headquarters in Toronto, bringing world-class expertise to every class she teaches. With a strong foundation in the Reformer method, her sessions seamlessly blend precision, control, and dynamic movement.
 

In addition to her Reformer classes, Ain is also a skilled Barre instructor, combining ballet-inspired moves with functional strength training for a full-body workout that’s both challenging and energising.
 

Now based in Aberdeen, Ain has taught in London and brings a fresh, versatile approach to the studio—drawing from her diverse teaching experience and passion for intelligent movement. Whether you're new to Pilates, looking to refine your practice, or want to experience a powerful Barre flow, Ain’s classes will both challenge and support you.

Rosey Watt
Rise and Grind Reformer & Mat Instructor

If you’re an early riser, chances are you’ll find Rosey leading our Rise and Grind sessions first thing in the morning! Balancing her Pilates career with her studies in Journalism at RGU, Rosey brings a dynamic energy to every class she teaches.
 

A widely recognised Highland Dancer, Rosey’s background in dance influences her Pilates style, incorporating precision, fluidity, and movement patterns that feel as graceful as they are powerful. Her sessions are designed to challenge you, inspire your body’s full range of movement, and get your day started on the right foot.
 

Whether it’s Mat Pilates or Reformer, Rosey’s infectious energy and creative approach will keep you engaged, moving, and feeling strong. We’re sure you’ll love her classes as much as we do!

Lauren Livingstone 
Reformer Instructor & Sunday Stretch Host

When she’s not busy running the Mount Café and Artisan Coffee House, one of Aberdeen's favourite spots, Lauren brings her vibrant energy to our studio. If you haven’t yet visited her café, you’re missing out on some of the best coffee and atmosphere in town!
 

Lauren hosts our Sunday Stretch and Smile class, a wonderful, feel-good session designed to help you relax, stretch, and start your week with a smile. She also leads a few Reformer classes early in the week, bringing her entrepreneurial drive, passion for movement, and positive energy to every session.
 

Expect a mix of thoughtful flow, uplifting vibes, and the perfect balance of challenge and relaxation when Lauren’s in the studio. We’re sure you’ll love her classes as much as her coffee!

Erinn Yim
Reformer Instructor & Sunday Stretch Host

Erinn is APPI Qualified and brings a calm and focused energy to her Reformer Pilates classes. With a passion for mindful movement and a keen understanding of body mechanics, she creates sessions that challenge your strength, improve your flexibility, and leave you feeling grounded.

Her approach is rooted in precision and connection, ensuring every movement is intentional and effective.

Erinn’s classes will guide you to move with purpose and find deeper awareness in your practice.

Jenna Beattie
Senior Mat Pilates Instructor

With over 9 years of teaching experience, Jenna brings deep knowledge, grounded energy, and a passion for mindful movement to every class she leads.

Her approach to Mat Pilates focuses on building strength from the inside out—emphasising core control, alignment, and breath to create lasting results and a strong foundation.

 

Expect inclusive, supportive sessions that meet you where you are, with expert guidance and just the right balance of challenge and care.

Leah Stott is a dedicated Stott-certified Mat and Barre instructor, renowned for her dynamic classes that challenge your body while uplifting your spirit.

With a background as a ballet dancer, Leah brings a unique blend of discipline, grace, and warmth to every session.
 

Her classes are known to create results — expect to work hard! — but you’ll leave feeling glowing, energised, and walking on air. Leah’s passion is to help you build strength, improve posture, and reconnect with your body, all while creating a welcoming space where you can push your limits and surprise yourself.
