Our Story
The concept of StudioBe is that it is within a building that incorporates other local businesses that all are linked to health and wellbeing. Collectively we are trying to create a one stop destination for all personal needs. Currently our site at 13 Carden Place offers hair and beauty treatments, make - up, aesthetics and massage treatments including sports and oncology, nutritional guidance as well as dietary advice and psychologists.

Lynn Ross
I have worked in the fitness industry for 12 years. My passion is to help others feel confident exercising in both movement and going about their everyday lives.
My goal with coaching is to encourage choices to make others feel better in themselves.

I am a fully qualified Pilates Instructor and believe that it offers a range of benefits not only physical but also mentally too.

With eight years experience as a class instructor and the last four years as a Personal Trainer, let me help you get stronger, improve your technique and build your confidence in the gym.
