Our Story
The concept of StudioBe is that it is within a building that incorporates other local businesses that all are linked to health and wellbeing. Collectively we are trying to create a one stop destination for all personal needs. Currently our site at 13 Carden Place offers hair and beauty treatments, make - up, aesthetics and massage treatments including sports and oncology, nutritional guidance as well as dietary advice and psychologists.
Meet The PT's
Lynn Ross
I have worked in the fitness industry for 12 years. My passion is to help others feel confident exercising in both movement and going about their everyday lives.
My goal with coaching is to encourage choices to make others feel better in themselves.
I am a fully qualified Pilates Instructor and believe that it offers a range of benefits not only physical but also mentally too.
Claire Anderson
I have worked in the fitness industry for the past 9 years.
Personal Training to me is more than just a workout, I'm passionate about making people feel better about themselves and gain confidence both in and out of the gym.
1-2-1 training or group classes I will motivate and encourage so you get the most out of your training.
Diane Ferguson
With eight years experience as a class instructor and the last four years as a Personal Trainer, let me help you get stronger, improve your technique and build your confidence in the gym.
I am also a fully qualified Pilates Instructor and offer group classes at StudioBE or one-to-one sessions.

I am a newly qualified personal trainer, however, I have worked in the fitness industry as a fitness instructor for the past year.
I deeply believe that exercise is not only beneficial physically, but it also brings many different mental benefits.
My aim is to provide my clients with advice on exercise as well as nutrition in order to reach their own unique goals.
