Zero compromise Our 40-minute Foundation, Power Lunch classes — the same burn, sculpt, and energising flow you love from our signature classes, condensed into a punchy, focused session designed to fit perfectly into your lunch break. Step away from your desk, reset your body + mind, and be back within the hour feeling strong, focused, and recharged. We’ve trimmed the time, not the intensity. This beginner-friendly class is the perfect starting point for those new to Pilates or returning after a break. With a focus on proper alignment, core engagement, and controlled movement, you’ll learn the fundamental Reformer exercises in a supportive, inclusive environment. Expect clear instruction, slower pacing, and plenty of modifications to help you feel confident and connected in your practice. Foundation is where your Pilates journey begins. We recommend you take 7-10 foundation classes before moving to Ascent – You’re instructor will help you with the move.

We understand things happen, but we operate a strict cancellation policy if you cancel within 24 hours you will not be refunded, we hope you understand – we’re a small business, and it can be difficult to fill your space at short notice.
